This is the camo helmet that was included in the basic Arma 3 game. I always wanted the helmets with the shrubbery on top, but bi's version was a very, very basic one that looked mostly bad. What i did was to detail it to look better but it still wasn't great. In the end, I used various in-game plant textures (trees, grass, bushes, etc. I mixed them up and painted them over the texture bi used as the net. I also textured various colors for the helmet underneath. Some are solid or camo. I also have some helmets where I paiinted the same shrubbery textures on the helmet itself as to blend in with the camo texture.
Included:

For the regular combat helmet, i made a bunch of different colors. From black, olive, tan, white, etc. Some also have grass textures. But those don't look good on their own.

For the camo net textures i have:
4 Arid
4 SemiArid
4 Woodland
5 Forest
5 Lush
7 or 8 Jungle
about 15 Snow

They fit with all factions. Plus if anyone has ANY request for other color schemes, please let me know and i will add them.
