Rescue Dr. Mobius! V2.0

Description
Dr. Mobius has developed an antitoxin which will eradicate the Tiberium from our planet. However, Nod is about to raid the small town in the South-West where Mobius probably is. You must find and protect him! Capture the northern Communications center to locate his position. Then we will send in reinforcements. For a safe evacuation, it is imperative to wipe out all Nod forces from this area. There's not much time, so you have to hurry!

I have updated it a little bit and removed the SAMs on the left side of the map and added a few rifles in exchange. This should work well

The mission is split into two halves - use limited resources to take out the enemy radar, then rescue Dr Mobius and destroy the Nod outpost.
The briefing isn't clear but you need to take out the radar and the power station (I captured one and sold it, and then attacked the other) to progress to the second part of the mission.
I found the second part of the mission pretty difficult due to the endless waves of heavy armour, but managed to win through in the end.
Getting the airstrike ability while there are still SAM sites on the map felt a little strange, and having no way to attack the final SAM site (on the left-side island area) other than via airstrike was challenging (who airstrikes a SAM?!), but overall this is pretty well made mission!
