@Apatid: try unsubscribing and then subscribing again. If this doesn’t work, you can try to find this file in the workshop folder in your steam folder on whichever drive of your PC you use for steam. If you find the file, delete it and then try resubscribing. Not everyone knows this about the workshop, but when you unsubscribe a mod, the corresponding file actually still stays on your PC. Perhaps this is messing up the method of simply unsubscribing and resubscribing through the workshop to fix an issue.

@The Formshifter: Hm, well, sometimes it happens that a file doesn't get downloaded completely. It's a rather annoying glitch in the workshop. What you can try to do is unsubscribe and then subscribe again. If that doesn't work try to go to your workshop folder and see if there is any file related to this mod. If there is, delete it. Not much I can do I'm afraid. The file I uploaded is a working file, tested myself, so it's really an issue with the workshop.
