Front Grapple (Large)

Gori Guerrero's Finishing move.
Damage is similar to the Mexican Stretch, with limb damage changed appropriately.

He has the animation and such, though the move is kinda buggy.

If it's the Gori Backslide, that's not meant to have a submission loop.
This is a submission move, however.
