SUCK - Simple UBGL Change Kit

SUCK is an Arma 3 mod that allows Players to attach and detach their under barrel grenade launcher (UBGL).
It uses placeholder items for different UBGL models and is compatible with ACE3 and supports several of the most common weapon packs.

Requirements

this mod requires the latest version of CBA A3

Usage

This mod adds under barrel grenade launchers as items that can be attached to the weapons bipod slot.
As soon as a supported weapon has a grenade launcher equipped the weapon is switched to its UBGL counterpart.
The Weapon is switched back by unequipping the UBGL item. Supported grenade launcher weapons are equipped with the UBGL item on pickup automatically.

FAQ

Can you attach a GL on weapons that did not support it before (Sniper/MG)?

No, this Mod onls switches between existing Weapon models with and without GL by attaching the GL item. This means If a weapon has no GL-counterpart it is not possible to equip it with a GL.

Is it possible to attach the Six-12 Shotgun item to other Weapons?

No, as long as there does not exist any Weapon modle with underbarel shotgun you cannot switch to it.

I found bug. With your mod at leasst M4A1 variants (I don't test all weapons) with grenade launchers can't use silencers and other muzzle accesorie. Counterparts without it can use them.

@Szwagier. Thank you for your feedback. I do not know how to differentiate empty rounds. If you know a solution let me know. I am shot on time and would like to open the project to the community to continue since I am not using the mod actively myself. If there is a quick fix let me know.

There is infinite 40mm grenade bug, if you shoot from UGL, take off the UGL module, put it on again, shoot again etc... grenades are not being subtracted. It treats "empty" 40mm round as a valid grenade and when you take off the module the casing inside is being added to your grenades as if it was new fresh usable round.

@SSG the UGL components have no weight because the GL-variant of the weapon already has the weight included. If I gave any weight to the UGL items that would be added to the weapon when attaching it. It is a matter of choice if you want the correct weight when UGL not attached or when UGL attached. I chose the second case to not create any suprising overload situations.

Probably because the Arma Engine has not changed since OFP and the fire modes are highly entangled with the weapon.
