Removes BattlEye Text in chat for Expansion Mod
More specificly it changes BattlEye to (Global) or (Private) for the from
Then removes (Global) Admin, and (Private) Admin from the chat message

@Smexy I'll get one but probably not till later today, but pretty simple, in the chat for expansion chat where you normally see BattlEye it will now say either (Global) or (Private) and it takes (Global) admin and (Private) admin out of the chat message
