Description
This is a simple mod to adjust some of the AI settings and packages. This will make it easier to utilize AI functions.

I will be using this as a base for any other mods. And is primarily for cleaning up some oddly named Goals/Packages and making new AI packages,

I was irritated with some of the poor naming of the AI goals and packages. As well as, some missing AI goals.

This makes it easier to make AI Packages, with goals that are named based on what they do.
