Fleet Carrier shipyard at Alcor

In 3306 fleet carriers became avaiable for private commanders. These flying stations allowed wealthy commanders to store all their ships and goods and use it as a base of operations.
The carriers can only be purchased through a Fleet Carrier Administration Office, only available in a limited number of systems.
This shipyard is located at the Macdonald Settlement, a rare Coriolis station with so-called "noob hammers".
