Reviewed to cope with alpha 12 radiation doubling

Still oblivion looking but with a brand new interior, no heat no rad
Armement doubled

Provide all available equipment to SV (fridge, portable constructor, shield,...) except warp drive

Will not work on server disallowing enclosed thrusters

Love it. I love these pod SVs. They look cool and have an easier time dodging shots due to their small size.
