Midas Weld Ship Mk2

Description
The Midas Weld Ship is a small grid welding vessel with 6 medium cargo containers and 2 welders. It can carry about 205,000kg worth of components fully loaded. The Midas also features 7 batteries to power the immense thrust required, they are also placed in such a way where you can easily see how much charge they have in third person view.

Specifications
Cargo Capacity: 6 Medium Cargo Containers
Maximum Weight: 216,000 kg Absolute MAX (Do not exceed 205,000 kg or you will crash)
Maximum Steel Plate Capacity: 7,134 Steel Plates (It can fit more but it cannot lift the weight)

Very nice. Loaded up all containers, connector, cockpit and both welders to the brim with iron ingots and it still floats. It can even gain altitude, very slowly. Thanks for the BP!

@StoutSky thanks mate 😁👌. Yeah it works well as a grinder ship as well, probably a bit better because your not picking up just steel plates so it doesn't get as heavy 🙂

Recently discovered your YouTube channel and have been watching your wasteland survival. Liked this ship so I figured I'd pick up the BP. It's a decent ship and gets the job done. I actually printed up two and swapped out the welders for grinders to use as a salvage ship for all the npc ships that keep crashing near my base.

I added a few more gyros, since it turned like an oil tanker when loaded. Absolutely just personal preference, but could use some cheap script and timer magic for convenience and cockpit LCDs.
