If you're just interested in the tight design then it's actually part of the NJPW DLC. For both Thigh and Calf it's:

Tiger Pattern(1) with the shinyness at 50% - red
Tiger Pattern(2) with 75% - white

I have the tights at 25% shinyness - black.

The tights and kneepad are both above the Tiger Pattern on the list, with Pattern(1) above Pattern(2).

Oh yeah, I saw and DLed that one too, I was hoping for this particular animation as a counter because it matches how guys like Animal Hamaguchi and Akira Taue used to hit the move from the hammer throw.
