This mod requires the turrets addon (Link below).
CONTROLS:
Numpad 1= Left.
Numpad 3 = Right
Numpad 2 = Fire.
KP + = Self Destruct.
Numpad Delete = Light

Whats new in the beta version:
+ New self destruct sequence (KP +) which seems like it will not harm you when you are sitting in the turret.
+ New overwatch light so you can hunt in the dark.
+ Light also has been modified with a glare that will make it easier for you to find your turret in the dark.

This turret can be controlloed unmanned and has a bulletproof shell and a very powerful machinegun. Definitely the best choice for defence.
