Morrigan, LYNX Corp. Salvage yard (Vanilla)

Hardspace: Shipbreaker

Description
Vanilla replica build of the salvage facility where Hardspace: Shipbreaker takes place.

Morrigan is one of many orbital shipbreaking yards where old decommisioned ships come to get recycled back into useable materials for. Morrigan is owned and operated by Lynx Corp, a megacorporation grown from railgate operations into a multifaceted industry giant. Recent updates to railgates rendered many vessels obsolete so these salvage yards operate in full capacity throughout the solar system.

Morrigan in SE:
I just wanted to goof off with the ring style and it (again) turned into a replica, however this one is in no particular scale. Large enough for most small ships to be decommissioned there, but not much for larger vessels.

Features a grinder pit (blue processor) for ship components and a furnace (red furnace) for ores and such material.

Processed goods can be picked up from the extending connector underneath and oxygen supplies/spawning is handled via a survival kit (mimicking the store on masterjack in HS:SB) meaning you'll have to periodically go and resupply your stores.
Be warned, the pits have their own little gravity wells and the grinders will automatically turn on once material gets nearby.

Built to be clang proof, the ring itself doesn't use rotors to hold itself in shape. It does have some rotors, but they're safely used elsewhere.

Hope you guys like it :)

well i know there is a few veriants of macrals but im happy to hear your working on the other ships that exist so far as i sadly cant run the game with gekos in the yards for now :P but if you can some how make them simulare enought i could see some fun in sandbox for me :P hell i may end up trying to run a servival around that with modulare ship encounters and the mods for it i have (i just need more memory i think)

@lechkingofdead If all things go smooth I should have the Gecko and its variants out either today or tomorrow. Don't hink I'll be making the Mackerel since I already have my Perch which is basically the same thing

Thanks! Tried matching as much detail from the reference image as possible from panel patterns to greebling. Glad it paid off :)

It's really funny to me that we're playing a different game but we're still enjoying Hardspace's content somewhere else, Love the attention to detail, looks excellent.

oh yeah, their stations look amazing but also the taiidan ships from homeworld 1 and the vaygr designs are great!
i dont like my spaceships round like a a kids hardcandy, they need to have edges and look industrial/practical :>
