Scout Rifle

Description
Adds a simple early game sniper rifle that fires relatively quickly. Crafted at the anvil from copper, iron, and timber. This mod was based upon the Hunting Rifle from Frackin' Universe, and is mostly just a test as I learn how to make mods for Starbound. It should work with or without FU.

bit too op but i think this a good early gun. Also useful for hunting since it give the extra drop chance usually achieved by using hunting items.
