This mod bricked the game. Had to uninstall the game, delete the Paradox Interactive Launcher in not just one but two places, restart and reinstall. Stay away from it.

Game says that this mod is outdated.

factions mean NPC faction's dwelings.
This mod removes restriction that doesn't spawn NPC dwelings in particular World

Hm... I got the DLCs and I activated the Mod in the manager, but there are no additional Factions available in the Hero Creation. Did I miss something, or was it patched perhaps?
