Open Hearth Point

Description
In a dream, i had an idea of a steel mill built on a cliff face, so i decided to actually make it!

"Open Hearth Point" is a steel mill built right out on a peninsula, on a steep rock face. The industrial growth of the area was so strong that every available piece of land was being developed. The result of this rapid industrialization was the construction of a one-of-a-kind steel mill complex that covers the entire point.
There is zero road access, and the only way for workers to access the lower section of the mill is via rail.

He meant the lower section can be entered by rail.

If you don't mind me requesting. For the next Rolling Line route that you either make for the workshop or add to the game itself, can it please be the Milwaukee Road Beer Line Model Railroader project layout? Also in a future update, could we please get some way for us to do prototype operations on our layouts? i.e. switchlists, car cards, waybills, etc. Thanks
