Old blood textures extracted from the Source SDK Base 2006 files.
Originally used by older ZPS versions (1.0 up to 2.4.1)

Additional info
The 3.2 update has removed only the custom blood textures when you shot zombies, the blood textures that have been added to maps are still using the custom blood textures from 3.0 (shown in 2nd picture)

I feel like these textures fit more with ZP:S rather than the ones that were created specifically for the game.
