That's an issue with the Env skypaint, Garry's Mod itself. I'll report it, hope they fix it. In the meantime you can just spawn a Sky Editor and it will stop flickering.

I don't have this version anymore, sorry. Maybe you can rename the gm_edge_rc1.bsp file to gm_edge_v1

Thank you a bunch, I love how you perfected the stormy/overcast look without it looking too dark, I've been using it on some other maps that have skypaint and it looks awesome, especially on GMod13 Hotels
