@MantisWhale It's not for the Grass Gekkos grass' but for the normal grass farms. I HATE with all my heart when i'm doing a normal grass farms and they spawned ruining it.
Do not worry, the mod doesn't remove the mob, you can still found these hideous rats in the mosaic biome like always, only their spawning in the grass.

OMG, Thanks so much!!! Finally after years a mod where i disable those pesky demons! No more grass farms ruined :(

Wait what why? I don't see a reason to get this mod due to Grass Gekkos being an amazing farm for grass if caged up ?!
