Change Destination Less Frequently v1.0.0

Description
Sets simPersonDestinationRecomputationProbability (under game.config) which is described as:
"The probability that a person will look for a new job or shopping facility. Smaller values reduce performance load. Larger values will adapt to changes in the offered public transport faster."

Honestly I don't know if this will help anyone, but if you have a game with large population and a weak CPU, it could possibly help. Feedback welcome.

I also tested this and made a survey about this. There you can also read, how to test this properly. https://www.transportfever.net/index.php?thread/15305-simulationsperformance/
The effect is small. It doesn't solve the simulation performance problems. Maybe it helps a little for high population.

@vitalii201: The scale is in percent, it doesn't make sense for it to extend past 100%.
What would it mean to have >100% chance of something happening?

You showed a very interesting setting, thanks. But at the beginning of the development of the map, it is more necessary for me to increase this value, but the slider is shifted only to 100 (1.0). Can you extend the scale or just: "edit it yourself"?

The default value is 100% chance. Lower values will result in less frequent calculations to determine where the sim should go and how to get there, and (potentially) better game performance due to said fewer calculations, but (certainly) slower reaction to changes in the transport network (take longer to see new or changed routes).

Setting a value of 50 would mean that only half the number of calculations are performed (same as setting 0.50 in the config file).

Does the value “50” on the mod slider correspond to the vanilla “1.0”?

Thanks! I'm playing on a very large map with a lot of sims and my impression is that it runs a little smoother with the mod.
