How to make an npc
1) Put an invisible material on an comine soldier.
2) Bone merge hiting the invisible combine and then the ragdoll.
3) Save as a dupe
4) Enjoy!

Alright i did it
I made a NPC And PlayerModel.
You can see in my wrkshop.

For those that seek to make it an NPC, the Model Manipulator STool will help a lot. I used the same method on the Cave Johnson and Caroline models, and it worked fine.
