New Female Goblin Hair

Description
I wasn't entirely fond of the hair for the female goblin model so I changed it up a bit.

because goblins are known for their full, luscious and kempt hair

(This also changes the UI icon.)

Updated for Eat My Hat. Some modifications were made to reduce clipping issues with headwear, though you may still encounter some.
