it's a ChainGun ShotGun, (chain shot gun?) it fires 4Gauge shells at 500 RPM It
has enough force to get you airborne.

as a bonus i created the MiniGun ShotGun and it fires at 4200 RPM!!!

(IT ONLY MAKES YOU FLY IF YOU JUMP OR DISABLE "STICK TO GROUND")
