CS:GO Knives SWEPs for TTT

This is a simple edit of https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=506283460 to change it so that in TTT the knives are in the 1st slot and are not droppable, so they can be used as crowbar replacements. There are other addons that do this so feel free to use those instead. More content might be added later.

Currently the only convar is cl_csgo_knives_lefthanded. The knife is set to deal 20 damage, just like a normal crowbar.
