[OUTDATED version] Increases the number of colossi and juggernauts you can build.
+1 colossus every 800 naval capacity (2nd one available at 800 naval cap) and +1 juggernaut every 400 naval capacity (2nd one available at 400 naval cap)

Hey guys, really sorry for the long delay. I could not figure out how to update this current listing of the mod and I still can't. So, I have created a new listing for the updated mod. This is a great Mod, I hope there is some way around the issues with fixing it for 2.8! Looking forward to adding it to my mod list again! Thanks for your work Nuke!
