replace "v_machete.dx90.vtx" (junk file) "v_machete.mdl" and "v_machete.vvd" (junk file)

Simply remove screen shake and crosshair movement of "Closer Viewmodel Machete" .

screen shake of shooting ranged weapons is from scripts , there are already many " no recoil " mods existing in workshop even though many of them are outdated or contains other custom changes
