[Cheat] Strong 88mm Gun

Description
Make the guns stronger, the AAs tronger.

Every param around the guns and AAs are processed to a 10-times-more-efficient scale, including the shells.

@Kesh we had a few updates since this mod was introduced, it really needs looking over by the mod maker, but i dont know if he is still modding this game.

Guns do 0 damage with AP rounds
