Flak Cannon (At last, a Flier trap)

Does anyone else think that there aren't enough traps for fliers? That's about to change. The Autobalista has now been replaced with the flack cannon from the Dwarven Missle launcher.
Now you can choose whether you would like to use the archer/guardian health trinket combo on fliers, using up two spots in your inventory, or simply go with the flack cannon.

Once again, as with all my mods, this isn't overpowered and will function like something that you would find in the original game.

Changes:
- The damage is the same as the dwarven missile flak cannon. In other words, this is meant for fliers. It will shoot ground troops if there's no one else to shoot, but it won't do too much damage against them.
- Unlike the normal ballista, the Flak Cannon will take down the fliers first before focusing on the others.
