victoria class cruiser

My first capital ship in Starship EVO, and the first ship for the "empire" faction (there will be multiple factions with different ship designs).
The Victoria Class cruiser is a cruiser in the imperial navy, which is suited for operations against strike craft and smaller capital ships, as the ship doesn't have a lot of shield and hull hp.

characteristics:
- 118m long, 33m wide, and 16m tall
- armed with 10 dual light laser cannons, and 4 triple medium laser cannons, meaning the ship has decent firepower for a ship of its size. The pilot of the ship has a powerful beam cannon at its disposal, however, there are some issues with its firing, which i will try to fix later.
- the interior of the ship is partially complete, with many rooms unfinished, so the players can make their own interiors.
- maximum forward speed: 59m/s, the ship is quite mobile for its size.
- the ship has 1.47 milion hp, and 80k shield hp.
