German Reich into Deutsches Reich

Description
Ironman compatible

Another minor mod. It just changes Germany's names into their German localisation equivalents while having the english language on. Including the names when a certain political party is in charge, such as "Weimarer Republik" or "Sozialistische Republik Deutschland".

Add a decision to change "Deutsches Reich" to "Großgermanisches Reich" when Paris, London, Moscow, Stalingrad, and Leningrad is taken please
