An accurate, powerful rifle, nicknamed the Right Hand of the Free World

A remix of the L1A1 from https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1911857968
Repositioned the model slightly, gave it a new firing sound, and changed some other attributes.
