Dude it's a gigantic ammo drum, or so it seems to be one
Pretty sure it's like Sasha's equivalent to a magazine for a normal gun
Heavy is just carrying a spare "mag"

He get this Ammo Box by taking off his Sasha gun part and turn them into Backpack but i wondering without Sasha will Heavy use another gun instead? maybe Natacha are closest to replace Sasha because both of them have the same design :sunnyRV:
