An ex-soldier from the future. A master in hand to hand combat. In a future without Clairen, having escaped Neo Fire Capital, Penny is ready to defend her and her friends.

Penny is a fighter who excels at being right in the opponent's face. They utilize a Magic System, similar to PM Lucario, which allows them to cancel moves into other moves with ease. With this crazy burst option of combos, once she gets in, she destroys opponents.

Her moves do little knockback, her strongs and specials are perfect for combo finishers. She lacks good zoning tools can only use her projectile on the ground. If you want to win, utilize Down Special to get where you need to go.

Magic System:
Any tier can cancel into the tier above it, never below. You will need to do combo resets in order to reuse those moves.

Tier 1 - Jab and Dash Attack
Tier 2 - Tilts
Tier 3 - Aerials and Strongs
Tier 4 - Specials
