@benjie.cortez17 i am sorry i missed your comment the other day.
the mod is working my end.
check for conflicting mods,
change load order (i can't remember if top or bottom, sorry).
if that fails: unsubscribe, delete? (if needed), re-subscribe... this will fix corrupted file.

not as far as i know, this simply disable the vortex via database tables.

Is it theoretically possible to just reduce the size of the Vortex ?

The mod works, but if you decide to play with it in a vortex company, there will be a small graphical bug with jets of energy from the rituals of the factions.
