The 1989 Land Rover Defender is a British four-wheel drive offroad vehicle developed in the 1980s for the third model, the land rover defender. At this time the rang rover and land rover discovery was made, and were the other two models that were made in the 1980s. The land rover defender 110 was not ship'd/produced in the U.S, meaning the Land Rover Defender 110 is very rare in the U.S. They also didn't galvanized the steel, meaning that the rust would corrode the aluminum witch made it rot. The Land Rover Defender/Discovery and Rang Rover all played in for camel trophy witch was held from 1980 to 2000. Camel trophy was a competition to test the Land Rover vehicles offroad. The competition was sponsored by Camel cigarettes.
