Nihil FU Addon (Cheap Atmo Regulator)

This is just going to be an addon to Frackin Universe. So far the purpose is focusing on creating cheaper versions of late game tech... Only 1 tech has been added with 1 varient (Cheap Atmospheric Regulator)

Yes but no. It is quite powerful to have some enviromental controls early game, HOWEVER, the mechanics and research balance this.

The regulator requires decent research points down the tree. A lot of paper and time. And Radiation I EPPs. The regulator only requires 3 Watts of power (for now), and creates a very small bubble of basic protection. Rad I, Heat I, Cold I... It however also requires filters! Every once and a while the regulator will decide that instead of creating a hospitable enviroment, to just dump out toxic gas and kill the inhabitants. Filters can be placed into the regulator to prevent this, and there is a 25% chance the filter is consumed.

Yes, it is a copy of the FU atmospheric regulator, that's the point, I just changed a bunch of stuff in it.

• Halved the cost for research for carbon and cardboard
  
• You now make 6 instead of 1 (UI will be glitched but carbon is too expensive early game)
  
• FU Updated their research tree to use icons, so now this looks out of place... not anymore!
