[SCP Site 10 Add-On] Turn Off Tesla-Gates on startup

Description
This Addon simply turns off the Tesla gates on SCP Site 10, when started the first time. This does not remove the Tesla Gate feature. You can still toggle the lever in the electrical center.

This wont work on any other map!

Only working with SCP Site X 0.0 or newer.

This addon doesn't appear to be working. Its on our server and the Tesla gates are still active upon restarts.
