There’s one by rotteneyed on deviantart, although the textures included aren’t what I’d use first. I don’t believe it includes any of the shapekeys either. I believe Adam’s Archive should include raw files straight from the game, the benefit being you have more control of the files and the downside being you will have to manually paint the textures and set up the shapekeys. It’s not a quick process, there may be developments soon with SDWAN’s node setup but that is a work in progress, however there is a series of videos made by him on how to set them up in blender:

Even if you don’t want to spend your time manually coloring textures, I would still recommend setting him up manually. The shapekeys to me are something that you cannot skip out on and is something some Mk11 ports miss.
