Gyll's Vanilla: Occultist

Gyll’s Vanilla: Occultist reworks the Occultist by:
- Increasing the utility & fun of Weakening Curse and Sacrificial Stab
- Toning down Wyrd Reconstruction slightly and keeping the bleed relevant at higher levels
- Reducing his overall power level slightly without watering down his identity (mainly through reduced crit chance outside of a few dedicated skills)

It's included in the Gyll's Vanilla: Heroes mod, but is now also available as a standalone mod for people who don't want to use all 15 non-DLC vanilla reworks.
