Description
Gyll’s Vanilla: Abomination reworks the Abomination, making his human skills more situational and giving him ramping damage+stress in beast mode, to encourage a more dynamic playstyle with incentive to transform back and forth over the course of a fight.

It's included in the Gyll's Vanilla: Heroes mod, but is now also available as a standalone mod for people who don't want to use all 15 non-DLC vanilla reworks.

this is the best abom. rework. well done!:lunar2020halodragon:

however i agree with regis below on all points.
also, i am modding my personal version for:

buffs:
manacles increased damage slightly, and can attack from fisrt position
vomit only from front two positions, and hits only first 2
rake does more damage, and hits ranks 1-3, like a massive aoe
rage gets a damage buff, (hardest hitting ability)
slam gets knock back 3, and increased damage
move and stun resist increased to 50%

nerfs:
reduced hp at all levels by 25%. (18 hp @ lvl 1 and 38 total hp at lvl 5)
10% blight, and disease resist (basically no resistance)

abom in beast mode is a wrecking ball, that also self-wrecks. high risk / high reward

'd like to share my modified version if you are okay with that? again, great work! "gotta have it"

Great work overall, but there is some stuff i'm unsatisfied with.

First, i don't like how Manacles came out. It's reasonable to remove the Stun and to give it a Pull effect, but i don't think the skill was properly compensated for that at all, considering it's your bread and butter. Also, its good that you can target position 4 now, but being unable to target position 1 as a human is not a small problem at all, and you're then punished for transforming back into human, as you're banned to attack on that round if no target is available.

Second, i can completely understand a speed and blight resist nerf, yet i can hardly understand the move and stun resist nerf, considering his values are already average on those. He is already susceptible to debuffs and diseases, so i would hardly say he needs more weaknesses on his base stats.

If those issues could be regarded, i would definitely consider this the best Abomination rework around.

Nice mod, thank you! :D

Now Abom is like Leper, but very flexible and with stress managment. At first i dont get how can Abom live without rank 3 Rage and without stun, but now i love it.
