The Explorer's Star along with matching fighters, shuttle, and some opposing fighters.

An attempt to make a large ship that not only flies well, but is also quite interesting to look at inside and out. I've included some small fighters that were inspired by the Genide Ships from Black Prophecies.

Edit: As for the armor layer that is separate from the ship along with the large nacelles. The forward armor plate were originally going to be without engines, but I decided, well, if I add weight, I should add thrust. If those get blown off, sure you lose the thrusters there too, but the weight reduction makes it fairly unnoticeable. As for blowing up the large nacelles. I went crazy on the them and actually blew everything off except for a portion of one nacelle and due to the reduction in weight the ship was still quite flyable and maneuverable. As for fuel consumption...well it's probably not practical in the slightest bit.

Update: Added Details to Nacelles and created matching fighters

Update: Removed space debris and destroyed ships that had drifted into space.

Update: Removed Lost Exploration Vessel and other exploration vessel.

Update: Added dock that can swing out to ship. Added landing gear to latch to dock.

Update: Added a new small ship. Updated interior or Explorer's Star trying a new use for passage ways. Added new Airlocks into cargo bay. (still deciding on best method for openning doors to the cargo bay.)
