Captain's Scottish Broadsword

Description
A fancy sword won't make you a better swordsman, but it might make you look like one.

It has levels-of-detail in third-person, but the first-person model is still quite expensive, even with aggressive optimisation. I admittedly gave up a bit on the tassel after learning that a jiggle-bone wouldn't work in third-person.

There is a tiny bit of custom first-person animation work on the thrust, and an always-on animation that moves the left arm out of the way.

Other than that, it's as fancy as it appears and as functional as you'd expect.

*Finished my new desktop background; you can use it as well, if you so please.

@Mage Well after reading your review of Blender, I have to say that I like the cut of your jib, so you can go right ahead.

I found his video to be the most helpful for getting reference data. That, and it was an easy shot to recreate.
I believe the timestamp for the mimicked frame is... 0:52.
