Utilitarian Flashlight Reskin

Description
A flashlight reskin that values functionality over looks.

Since it seems like there aren't any other flashlight reskins on the workshop specifically designed to give as much visibility as possible, I decided to make a retexture of the flashlight that is both mostly solid white and covers as much of the available area as possible without being just a plain square.

This texture should in theory be both brighter and larger than the default flashlight skin, giving you a slight advantage over the vanilla skin when it comes to combat in low-light conditions or building/exploring with maximum vanilla visibility.

Since this is a reskin of the default flashlight and not a whole new thing, it can be used on servers regardless of whether or not said servers have it installed.

If you are looking for a higher quality version of the original flashlight or if you just want something more atmospheric for exploration/games I'd recommend either not using this addon or disabling it in the in game addon manager to go back to the default texture for the flashlight until you want to use it again

for the people having issues with this addon, do "mat_reloadtexture flashlight001" and itll fix it until you close the game i think. dunno why this happens.

the flashlight is much better! ive always hated the source flashlight, it just feels so bad to use i cant explain it. only complaint is the odd shape.. i mean i get its supposed to be bigger, but it looks weird lol. thanks though!

The way you talk about it with a menu would be great.

That doesnt matter. Single player sandbox is fine. See, i have a little bit of a fetish with these things https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g9Lw2oV7nSc
And i would like to create the orange hue in-game

I could try making something that lets you change how it appears with a menu but you probably wouldn't be able to use it on servers

Can you find a way to edit the rgb values in-game?
