Yup - It's a Tuba

It has 2 bones and the bip_pelvis is rigged to the Sniper's pelvis bone (I had to pick one) for zeroing and has a bip_main bone at the base of the pipe into the main bowl that can be used for positioning.
It also has 5 flexes, one to extend the mouth piece if required, one for each of the note valves and finally one for the water (spit) valve.
