Löyly Public Sauna (Snowfall DLC)

Description
A contemporary nordic public sauna, restaurant and bar for your city shoreline! This is the healthcare facility (sauna) version of Löyly public sauna.

Gameplay
Asset can be found in healthcare tab.
Lot size: 10 × 5 (placed on shore)
The building has color variations enabled, but all variations are set to white.
The building has somewhat better stats but higher price compared to the default Snowfall DLC sauna.

Technical stats
The building consists of main model and one sub building model (transparent glass on fences).
Main model: about 1199 tris, 1024 × 1024 textures. Glass fences add 136 tris (512 × 64 textures)
Lod model: 366 tris, 512 × 256 textures

I remember working hard to get this building in the game SimCity BuildIt. Now I can have the same building for my Cities Skylines city as well.

Reminds me a lot of the Oslo Opera House. They have very similar architecture. Have you ever considered it?

Would it be possible to get a ferry dock done in a similar style (so it could be placed adjacent to the sauna and look like single building)? Would be super cool to see boats bringing people to the sauna!
