The Men on a Mission were accompanied to the ring by their rapping manager, Oscar, during their first few years in the WWF.

The team was introduced with vignettes featuring them walking through inner cities and talking about positive change. Oscar's pre-match rapping reflected the same positive theme.

When Mabel and Mo turned heel in 1995, they turned on Oscar, who in turn retired from the wrestling business.
