Highway Ramp (100 km/h)

Just the vanilla highway ramp, but with a 100 km/h speed limit.

I got tired of the 80 km/h vanilla highway ramps causing congestion in busy areas. I also got tired of using TM:PE to change their speed limit manually. And I got tired of having to redo that after every edit of a ramp or making a new road connection to one.

This is 100% the original ramp, the only thing edited was the speed limit. And it has a different thumbnail, so it's easier to tell it apart from the vanilla ramp.
