Description
Make sure to put this mod at the top of mod load order.

This is a cheat mod for Kiev which does the following.

- 100% Growth Rate
- 100% Reduced building cost
- 100% Reduced build time for main settlement buildings (Cities and Forts)
- 100% Reduced recruitment cost
- 100% Increase to replenishment rate
- 100% Reduction in upkeep for all units
- 1000% Research rate

It's 100% Reduced recruitment cost as in money not turns.

1 turn recruitment does not work,mod is on the top,does not help.
