Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus - Hexed Denazified Nazi Wolfenstein Soldiers

Description
THESE ARE NOT PLAYER MODELS OR NPCS. HOWEVER, I HAVE INCLUDED THE ORIGINAL RIGGED MODELS FOR IF ANYONE WISHES TO THEM INTO PLAYER MODELS OR NPCS.

What did I do?
I took all of the Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus (TNC) models made by ArachnitCZ (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/arachnit), lolznoboz (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/maybenotomgiquestion) and Auditor (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/auditor527/) and removed just about any swastikas, SS bolts, Reichsadlers, death's heads and just about anything Nazi on the models.

Yes, I might have missed a spot. For some reason, even after faffing about with the textures and the normals, you can still see the remnants of those ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Nazi symbols. Check out the screenshots - you can still see some bits if you shine a light on it. I don't know why since I erased them in the coloured texture and the normals. My guess is that they are actually present on the model and will therefore require some tinkering to remove.

What's in here?
  • Definitely Not-Nazi Atom Commander
  • Definitely Not-Nazi Atom Elite
  • Definitely Not-Nazi Atom Soldier
  • Definitely Not-Nazi Commander (with Nazi armbands because they're bodygroups and you can just remove them!)
  • Definitely Not-Nazi Elite
  • Definitely Not-Nazi Soldier
  • Definitely Not-Nazi Venus Soldier

Why did you do this?
Because I have some personal projects that involve reusing these guys as people who are not Nazis. However, I still needed the original models ported, rigged, textured, etc. by ArachnitCZ and faceposed by Auditor alongside those by lolznoboz (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/maybenotomgiquestion) so I hexed the models. This is why all of the models have the no_ prefix so that it doesn't mess with the originals.

Did you add anything?
Kinda. Packaged with the original are the textures for the Nazi moon soldiers. I've added them as skingroups.

You stuffed up the collisions on the props, didn't you?
While I love Crowbar (find them here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/groups/CrowbarTool), whenever I decompiled the physics models for the props, it changed the origin of the props so when I recompiled, everything went wrong. I could have cracked out Blender to fix this but I did the quick, lazy and WRONG technique (please don't do this with your models) of reusing the original reference SMDs since they were not too complex or large... and since there was a load of props.

Credits
Yes, I copied this off from ArachnitCZ's original one.
  • ArachnitCZ: Extracting, porting to the Source Engine, re-rigging, materials, pictures and more sh!t.
  • Auditor ♦: Creating the facial expressions/flexes.
  • lolznoboz: Porting to Source Engine (for Atom soldier and commander alongside Venus guy)
  • MachineGames & Bethesda Softworks: Creating & owning this model and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus.
  • Random Player 01: For removing most, if not all, of the Nazi symbols.
  • XYDIU: For inadvertently giving me the idea.
  • Cra0kalo: For pushing Source to it's limits since 2004 with their awesome patched studiomdl.
Do whatever you want with the models. Credit the rest. You can ignore me - they did the hard work.

I've left in the playermodel c_arms and the NPC variants for the models. If you want to turn them into playermodels and NPCs, then download this and reupload it as such. Since I don't need NPCs or playermodels, it doesn't really matter to me.

Is denazify a word?
Probably. The Allies started it to clean up and fix Germany after WW2... interesting topic really. Go ahead and read more about it. With the images above, it's like playing spot the difference!

Why did you disable the comments?
Because I can - also because I prefer to drop something and never tend to it ever again. ;D

How dare you put politics in my video games!
Any decent person is anti-fascism.

Stop overusing headings!
No.
