You're both right and wrong.
Bollnäs Räddningstjänst has 1 "Katastroffordon" which appears to be an older model Ford Ecoline van, its stickered as # "3 26-9340".
Sweden has a large variety of ambulance makes, ranging from Volvo, Saab, Mercedes, Chevrolet, Volkswagen etc.
Sweden currently has no Ford F350 ambulances in service (to my knowledge) but this Ford F350 cab model is as similar to the Chevrolet amublances that we currently have in service. If you're curious as to which ambulance type i modeled it off of you can look up sticker number # "3 21-9060" or # "3 25-9130"
The Swedish Police, Fire & EMS services use imported Fords & Chevrolet vehicles for a lot of their roles and have been doing so since the 70's as far as I can tell.
